ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds – Refund Policy

1. General Policy
ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds is committed to providing professional and reliable entertainment services for all events. Because each booking requires time, planning, equipment allocation, and the reservation of specific event dates, all payments and deposits follow the refund guidelines below.

2. Deposits / Retainers

All events require a non-refundable deposit/retainer to secure your date.

Deposits are non-transferable to another person or event unless approved by management.

Deposits may be transferable to a new date only if the reschedule request is submitted at least 30 days before the original event date and the new date is available.

3. Cancellations by Client
Cancellations 30+ Days Before Event

The client is eligible for a refund of any payment excluding the non-refundable deposit.

If additional payments were made, they may be refunded or credited toward a future date.
Cancellations Within 30 Days of Event

No refunds will be issued.

All payments made, including the remaining balance, will be forfeited due to loss of date, planning time, and staffing commitments.
4. Cancellations by ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds
In the rare case that ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds must cancel due to emergency, illness, equipment failure, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control:

Client will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

ADG will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement DJ/technician of equal quality when possible.
5. Weather-Related Issues (Outdoor Events)

Refunds are not issued due to weather or environmental conditions.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide adequate weather protection (tents, coverings, safe locations for equipment).

If weather makes it unsafe for ADG equipment or staff, we reserve the right to pause or relocate services without refund.
6. Event Changes & Rescheduling

Reschedules requested 30+ days before the event may be allowed if the new date is available.

Requests made within 30 days of the event are treated as a cancellation (no refund), and a new booking must be created.
7. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to provide access to the venue, event information, required payments, or communication causing ADG DJs to be unable to perform, this is considered a client no-show and no refund will be granted.
8. Partial Performance
If ADG DJs provides services but the event ends early due to reasons unrelated to our performance (venue, guests, client decisions, weather, etc.), no partial refunds will be issued.
9. Digital Products / Add-Ons
Any digital deliverables such as:

Photo booth images
-
Video clips
-
Custom playlists
-
Custom lighting scenes
are non-refundable once delivered or created.
10. Agreement
By booking ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
