Welcome to ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before confirming any event.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Company” refers to ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds.

“Client” refers to the individual or organization booking services.

“Event” refers to the date and location where services will be provided.

“Services” include DJ entertainment, lighting, sound, special effects, photo booths, photography, videography, rentals, and any add-ons provided by the Company.

2. BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY
2.1 Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure any event date. No date is considered booked until the deposit is received.
2.2 Remaining Balance
All remaining balances must be paid in full 7–14 days prior to the event date (based on package). Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept: credit/debit card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer. Cash may be accepted only in advance or with prior approval.
2.4 Late Bookings
Events booked less than 14 days before the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
3.1 Client Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If the client cancels with 30+ days notice, any remaining balance is waived.

If the client cancels with less than 30 days notice, the full remaining balance is due.
3.2 Company Cancellations
If the Company must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond our control, the Client will receive:

A full refund of all payments made
or -
A comparable replacement DJ/technician at equal or better quality.
3.3 Rescheduling
Client may reschedule once (subject to availability). Deposits transfer only if the new date is available. If not available, the deposit is forfeited.

4. EVENT REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Venue Access
Client must provide:

Minimum of 1–2 hours setup time

Clear loading path
-
Adequate electrical power
-
Covered or weather-protected area for outdoor events
4.2 Power Requirements
Standard DJ setups require one dedicated 15–20 amp outlet. Special effects, lighting, and large systems may require additional circuits.
4.3 Space Requirements
Client must provide appropriate space for equipment set up.
Typical DJ booth space: 6–10 ft width.
4.4 Safety & Environment
The Company reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions including rain, snow, excessive heat, unstable surfaces, or lack of proper electrical access.

5. PERFORMANCE & CONDUCT
5.1 Music Selection
Clients may provide request lists and must-and-do-not-play songs. Final playlist flexibility is based on the DJ’s professional judgment.
5.2 Breaks & Meals
For events exceeding 4 hours, Client should provide meals or allow access to food.
5.3 Guest Conduct
Client is responsible for guest behavior. Physical threats, harassment, or unsafe behavior may cause immediate discontinuation of services without refund.

6. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
6.1 Client Liability
Client is financially responsible for damage caused by guests, children, intoxicated individuals, or event attendees (excluding normal wear and tear).
6.2 Special Effects & Safety
Effects such as fog, COâ‚‚, sparks, or snow machines will not be used if venue prohibits them. Client must confirm venue approval.

7. PHOTOS & MEDIA
7.1 Event Recording
The Company may capture photos or short videos of the event for marketing unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
7.2 Privacy Requests
Clients may opt out of media usage by emailing the Company prior to the event.

8. OVERTIME POLICY
8.1 Overtime Availability
Overtime is subject to DJ/technician availability and venue permission.
8.2 Overtime Fees
Overtime rates are charged in full hour increments and must be paid before overtime begins.

9. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
9.1 Liability Limit
The Company is not liable for:

Venue restrictions
-
Power outages
-
Weather-related interruptions
-
Guest negligence
-
Event delays outside our control
9.2 Maximum Liability
The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the event.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, accidents, power failures, or government restrictions.

11. AGREEMENT
By booking services with ADG DJs, Lights & Sounds, the Client agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above. These terms apply to all bookings unless a customized contract is provided.
